How To Apply

STEP 1: Request a course catalog. Complete the contact form below. You will recieve a “Welcome To Midwest Dental Assistants School” email with our course catalog and enrollment forms.

STEP 2: Apply for educational funding. Midwest Dental Assistants School offers micro-healthcare training programs. Unfortunately, because we are a fast track pathway to a healthcare career we do not accept FASFA applications. The 2-4 year programs accepts FASFA including Pell grants.

Options for funding are:

• Personal OR Private student loans
• In-house financing; requires a minimum of $2000 down and the rest is split in 3 interest free installments.
• Workforce grants are accepted (OPEN ENROLLMENT GRANT APPLICATIONS ARE ACCEPTED: October 1st- December 31st).

STEP 3: Reserve A Spot: We do not hold specific class dates. Our program accomadates 8 students per cohort. This ensures that everyone in our program receives the specialized training needed to become a successful attribution to our dental community. A $150 non-refundable enrollment fee is required to hold your spot in our student cohort. At times, we may have a waitlist which requires the enrollment fee to hold your spot on that waitlist. The fee is refundable if you cancel your enrollment within 3 business days of completing the forms. We host 8 students max per session. Please refer to the course catalog for details.

STEP 4: START: Once tuition is secured and supplies are delivered, you can start the course! Learn at your own pace, the course can be completed in as little as 3 weeks- 6months!

Didactic: 40 Hours Hybrid Dental Office Simulations /120 Hours In-Person (Partnering Dental Offices in Omaha, Lincoln, and Iowa)

Certificates of Achievement: 160 Clock Hours Certificate of Achievement in Dental Assisting

Course Compatibility & Supplies Need: Our learning system is compatible with a desktop, laptop, or tablet. You can use your smartphone for reading only. Scrub uniforms can be purchased at your local retail stores. Receive a 10-25% student discount at these uniform shops; Scrubs & Beyond, Trademark Uniform, and V’s Uniform. The school has a scrub package for purchase and can be added to your tuition costs. (Embroidered FIGS scrub uniform and a Deep Clean Crest/Oral B Toothbrushing System).
